Christmas Return Extension 

Shopping for a gift? We’ve got you covered.
All purchases made during the Christmas season can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Orders placed on or after December 15 may be returned until January 15, 2026.

Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in the original packaging.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help. 

Please read our policy carefully to ensure a smooth return or exchange process.


Return Eligibility

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in the original packaging.
  • All returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt or packing slip.
  • Engraved, personalized, or custom-made pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Items that have been modified, resized, or damaged are not eligible for return.
  • Returns without authorization will not be accepted.


How to Return an Item 

  1. Contact Us: Email hello@3133jewelry.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and detailed instructions.

Domestic Returns:

  • A pre-approved return label will be provided to customers.
  • For refunds, a $10 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • For exchanges or store credit, return shipping is free.
  • Items must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving your RA#.

International Returns:

  • Customers are responsible for all International return shipping costs.
  • Keep your return tracking number to monitor delivery and share it with us. This allows us to track your return on your behalf and ensure it reaches us safely.
  • Items must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving your RA#.
  • International returns are eligible for a refund or store credit only; exchanges are not available.

 

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • For refunds, a $10 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Gift recipients may receive a gift card instead of a refund.
  • Items returned not in sellable condition may be refused.

 

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for up to 7 days after delivery, depending on product availability.
  • For exchanges, return shipping is free as long as the item is unused, unworn, and in perfect condition.
  • To request an exchange, email hello@3133jewelry.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to exchange.
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will ship your exchange following our standard shipping policy. New shipping fee may be apply.


Store Credit

  • You may choose to receive a store credit gift card instead of a refund or exchange.
  • To request store credit, email hello@3133jewelry.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  • Once the return is received and inspected, a store credit code will be sent via email.

 

Additional Notes

  • All returns are carefully inspected before a refund, exchange, or store credit is issued. If a returned item does not meet our quality standards, the package will be returned to you, and the return cannot be processed.
  • Some items may be excluded from return or exchange due to health, safety, or custom specifications.
  • 3133 Jewelry is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments.
