At 3133 Jewelry, we stand behind the quality of our fine jewelry. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
• Pieces that have been modified or engraved cannot be returned.
• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, incorrect or if the item(s) arrived damaged.
• Clothing items are only eligible for return if there is a defect or misprint.

2. How to Return an Item

1. Email hello@3133jewelry.com with your order number.

2. We will provide a return authorization and instructions.

3. Ship the item back postmarked within 7 days.

3. Refunds

•Once inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

•Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for up to 7 days (if the product is available). 

How to Exchange an Item

1. Email hello@3133jewelry.com with your order number and the items you’d like to exchange. 

2. We will provide return and instructions .

3. Once the item has been returned we will ship out your exchange within our standard shipping policy.
