Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from our warehouse in New York.
U.S. Shipping:
- Standard (3–7 business days): $17
- Priority (2–3 business days): $25
- Free shipping for orders over $500 (U.S. only)
International Shipping:
- Flat rate: $75 via DHL or UPS (7–14 business days, depending on location)
- Customers are responsible for customs, duties, and taxes.
All shipments are insured and require a direct signature upon delivery. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors or your local carrier. If it cannot be located, contact us at hello@3133jewelry.com. While all shipments are insured, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages that are not insured.
Our products come in a signature box stamped with “31:33” and include a velvet pouch inside, also marked “31:33”. This packaging is beautifully designed and makes your purchase ready to gift.
Please note that the outside shipping box is not gift-wrapped, but it is discreet and protects the contents, keeping your gift a surprise..
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are:
- Unused, unworn, unaltered, and in the original packaging
- Accompanied by a sales receipt or packing slip.
